Developed a contemporary procurement and supplier management operating model for ANZ region’s largest General Insurer managing $1B+ of annual spend that delivered $120m in contract benefits (including $66m in hard savings) while improving performance and risk management practices in the first year of operation.
Led the outsourcing of several IT functions including negotiating outcomes that delivered +$70M in savings and created best practice service contracts for an insurer.
Transformed a relationship with a key partner of Fonterra: exploring operating model issues in both client and supplier driving dissatisfaction; setting the relationship on a course for long-term benefit.
Advised the Board of a financial services start-up (Lygon) on long-term supply agreements for the Blockchain technology that is the foundation of the business model.
