Karen provides her clients with market insights, robust data and meaningful thought leadership and helps them understand what organizations in comparable situations have done regarding transformational initiatives. On every engagement, she coaches clients on how to best leverage technology, and more importantly, modify their ways of working to better align to business outcomes and improved results. In fact, alongside her client-facing role, Karen wears an internal product management/transformation leadership hat for ISG. She has led internal initiatives that drive internal operational excellence, and she is a key member of our global technology leadership team.
