Kaylene is the Managing Director / CEO of Capgemini for Australia and New Zealand. 

Kaylene’s expertise is the adoption of leading edge practices and technology to deliver our clients’ strategic objectives.
She has 29 years’ experience in IT consulting, large scale program delivery and IT operations. Prior to Capgemini she has held a range of leadership positions including Managing Partner of Deloitte Consulting Australia and Chief Operating Officer and in that time delivered a five year CAGR of over 20%.

Kaylene was a Board member of VicICT for Women and a past winner of the Australian iAwards for the Victorian ICT female professional of the year. She is a current member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
