Jenny Watson

Jenny joined Bupa in January 2021 as Technology Director, Health Insurance, and moved into the Chief Information Officer APAC (interim) role in April 2022.

Jenny has more than 20 years' commercial experience and an extensive history in technology leadership, holding the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Swinburne University of Technology prior to joining Bupa. In her role as CTO at Swinburne, Jenny worked with the Executive team to develop and endorse the digital technology strategy, with key considerations including student and staff experience, digital enablement and leveraging investments in existing technology platforms.
