I have witnessed Aditi's tremendous contribution to our business. She has closed significant large deals (c.£60Mn+) with well-known brands in the UK. She has nurtured these relationships right from the start and we are proud of the deep level of integration between us and the clients she worked on. It is one thing to be a service provider, but completely another to feel like one team with the client (and their CXOs). And the credit is all hers for leading those relationships in a true partnership manner.   She has a natural flair for leadership and she brings together a strong set of values and dedication towards results. Aditi has given TechM's UK&I business a significant boost. By winning 2 advisor-led deals, she has helped this business grow by >15%. She has proved herself to be a client-focused leader by ensuring her accounts have delivered above average CSAT.

Aditi is pushing Tech Mahindra and the Mahindra Group further into the realm of sustainability. She is on the core group for Women Economic Empowerment initiative by the Mahindra Group, empowering economically 1 million women annually from 2026 through employment. Her charter has far-reaching influence over communities, philanthropic organisations and other corporates.   Aditi is the youngest Business Unit Head and is setting an exemplary example of nurturing young talent in her team. Her team has also begun showing tangible results within a year of her role and of hiring them.   She has also been selected this year for Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track, the programme mentioned earlier in point 1. This will help her build a strong network within Mahindra group to influence strategic initiatives.
