Aditi has contributed to growing the UKI business over the last 3 years at TechM. She has been instrumental in leading and winning net new large deals across an array of industry sectors. She is also responsible for heading a business unit focused on growing high potential existing accounts for the UKI region and has delivered sustainable growth in this portfolio.   She has received multiple accolades including largest deal closure in FY'21, Sales Eagle award at Tech Mahindra's Annual Star Awards in 2022 and has been selected for the prestigious Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track - a unique leadership programme run by Mahindra Group to shape future leaders and Group Executive Board Members.  Aditi's contributions cuts across business - winning marquee new clients in UKI and organization - in her capacity as a core member of the Women Economic Empowerment initiative of the Mahindra Group, aimed at impacting 1 million women annually from 2026 by providing them sustainable employment opportunities.

She has contributed to y-o-y business growth of TechM's UKI business ~20% by winning multiple Advisor led large deals.   She has also delivered a y-o-y growth of 10% in her business unit ,working across existing clients in the UK, ensuring that the business delivers the required turnaround in key high potential accounts.

Aditi's influence is through internal leadership roles - Business Unit Head, Selected for Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track - a unique programme run by Mahindra Group to shape leaders of tomorrow across group companies.   She is also on the core group for Women Economic Empowerment initiative of the Mahindra Group, which aims to bring employment and economic empowerment to 1 million women annually from 2026. As part of her role as a core group member she is tasked with forging partnerships with key philanthropic organizations on behalf of Mahindra Group and implement a digitally enabled platform at a global scale, to onboard increasing number of women into sustainable employment.

As part of the Women Economic Empowerment Initiative of the Mahindra Group, Aditi is leading the Group's strategy called 'Mission Even'. She is leading a charter of building a scalable digital platform focused on bringing increasing number of women into sustainable employment. She is working with Mahindra Group companies, NGO partners and global philanthropic organizations to build an ecosystem which supports impacting 1 million women annually starting 2026 and ensure they have steady employment opportunities.
