Aditi has demonstrated y-o-y growth for the UK&I business by winning large deals and leading to a significant increase in company revenues. She has contributed to turning the region around by winning marquee net new client logos such as Pret and RS Components where her approach and style were appreciated by both the clients and the advisors. She has successfully. managed and grown new logos by ensuring 'green' service delivery and delivering excellent client satisfaction. She has driven the digital transformation agenda for clients which has led to a direct positive growth in business for the client.

Aditi is a able to translate vision into strategy and ensures execution. She is a collaborative leader and in her role she works with a diverse organisation. She promotes bringing strong female talent to key roles within both the UK&I business and her own team.

She is also part of the core foundation group Women's Economic Empowerment - an initiative of the Mahindra Group, which aims to bring employment and economic empowerment to 1 million women annually from 2026. As part of her role as a core group member her charter is to build partnerships with key philanthropic organisations on behalf of Mahindra Group and so develop global channels to help onboard women into employment.
