  Net New : Won a large multi year Cloud Migration and Transformation deal with one of the largest integrated omni-channel providers of B2B Industrial solutions globally, HQ in UK.
   
• Responsible for net new business for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance verticals across UKI. 
• Core banking transformation - Temenos, Avaloq
• EMEA Lead for Guidewire led insurance transformation
• With focus on - Intelligent Automation , Cloud , Infrastructure transformation, Data and BPO
   
• Sep'20 - Aug'21
  Net New : Won a large transformational deal for Infrastructure and Cloud Services for Pret-A-Manger. As part of this strategic outsourcing by the client, TechM will deliver and manage end to end IT operations, infrastructure, core application transformation, security services, automation-first and Cloud ready services including digital transformation aspects such as data engineering.

Aditi leads by example of what "great looks like", she is active in supporting other women (and men) in her organisation and also externally. She is great at leading a team and driving towards a common outcome (both client and provider).

Nomination Summary:

Aditi is a great example of a young female rapidly climbing up the corporate ladder in a male dominated Indian service provider. She has proven herself in a difficult role of security net new clients and multi-year engagements for Tech Mahindra. She is an excellent example for the younger generation and will continue to excel.
