Amrita was tasked with managing the centre of excellence for one of the largest digital transformation programs for a leading telecom giant where she spearheaded 15+ DPA feature squads over a period of one and a half years, spanning across multiple service lines. She has conceptualized and delivered 6+ successful MLPs and designed 10+ integrations promoting design thinking and reuse. During her tenure with the client, the program has seen immense growth and an increase in team size from 20 to 120+. She has recently started working with an esteemed banking client and has been able to mark her presence during her initial days by sharing her experiences and driving new initiatives to engage customer to help transform their operations and reap benefits with greater business agility.

Amrita has led multiple green field implementation of DPA solutions which won her multiple accolades from Clients. She is not afraid to challenge the status quo. She believes that the role of a technical architect is not just limited to deliver solutions, but to create true value. She recognizes that in today's competitive landscape, it is very crucial to co-create ideas with client to empower them to rethink how technology can be used to generate revenue and drive growth. She has always been always vocal about missing out on a lot of talent by not having more women in it. She has actively volunteered to help with “Disha”- a program that is specially designed for women looking to return to work after a career break by Virtusa.

Amrita is someone who leads by example. She is not afraid to take on new challenges and are always willing to go the extra mile. She makes time to ensure that she has regular catch up with her team to motivate and inspire them to achieve their best.
