I am nominating this person because I believe that they are inspiration for myself and how I would like to contribute to the growth of future leaders in my country of origin (DRC). She works for a company called itot Africa, which trains people with digital skills in order to provide them with the right skills needed for employment. They have created so many opportunities and continue to innovate their way of thinking in and its very inspiring to see this take place in Africa.

Through Kileshes LinkedIn posts, you can see how she in continually advocating for women's recognition in the IT sector and in 1 year of working she has trained 4000 people though their platform called Okademy and in 2022 she trained 2240 women.

Continually inspiring African (mainly Congolese) women to get into digital roles where there is a gap in gender, which is particularly important.

Nomination Summary

In 2022 Kileshe, trained 2403 women with her team and has enabled over 10 women micro entrepreneurs to boost their business through digital. Kileshe is based in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo and is contributing to digital technology growth in the continent and particularly for women, who she believes are the future.
