A servant leader noted for building high-performing teams from scratch, her strength lies in being a trusted client advisor, building partnership alliances & engaging with CXOs to deliver mutual business benefits for the organizations. She developed LS vertical growth in EMEA, expanded it to 30% overall LS revenue with 40% YoY growth. One of the first Women in Sales at Virtusa, she serves as an inspiration. She mentors several women at Virtusa through the mentor-mentee programs & is a strong positive influence on the teams, raising awareness and helping them navigate challenges.
