Q2. What metrics, if any, coincide with this nomination (e.g., financial, business growth, or client satisfaction impact)?
Moira passionately believes that Vodafone's Customer Service Experience is underpinned by it's Employee experience - the better we work with each other, enables us to give a better experience to our customers. This is why she is passionate about DevOps, the evolution of IT Operations (who support our customers and deal with technical issues that underpin our services) to evolve to be empowered to engineer and design for good sustainable, reliable Operations. The metrics being used are the increased number of IT Operations colleagues who are working in DevOps ways of working as opposed to just Traditional IT Operations. They must be seen to influence the engineering and automation of IT Operations and work closely with our Software Engineering teams to deliver lasting innovative value through the Products and Services we support. This all starts with the Education of DevOps, and how we collaborate and interact with our Delivery teams vis-a-vis the DevOps Playbook, DevOps Maturity Models, evolution of ITSM processes and Success stories. The Playbook publication and communication posts have received over 13000 views internally in under 6 months. Whilst it's really difficult to measure Cultural transformation, Moira has certainly been the driving force of DevOps culture within IT Operations Engineering and built amazing relationships within the rest of the Vodafone Global Digital and IT championing collaboration and 'Getting it done Together'.

- It's such an incredible initiative, focusing on a constituency that is at risk of being ""left behind"", but also helps achieve one of the top strategic objectives.
- It's such a clever program, because it helps teach so many of the techniques and skills to people, just by being involved in the program, or by volunteering (e.g., journey mapping, sprint planning, user personas, etc.)
- And I loved the program because it was driven more as a community program, as opposed to some top-down mandate, genuinely caring for the people in that community. And so much validated by the exciting testimonials that you got!!"
