An opportunity to join an exclusive session by ISG Market Lens™ on Enterprise insights from Application, Development and Maintenance and Artificial Intelligence Buyer Behavior Studies.
You're Invited
Today, providers are challenged to present a point of view - one backed by research and market context, not just opinion. Providers need current information (and a broader perspective) to develop this point of view but often lack the resources and time to develop, digest, and summarize those insights to build their point of view at the pace of business. Buyers are always on the buying journey. If you don't know what's happening with the trends in demand today, you cannot make decisions and respond appropriately.
Get to hear from our ISG Market Lens™ on some of the key insights from their recent Buyer Behavior Research data focusing on ADM and AI trends over an hour-long webinar by Alex Bakker, Distinguished Analyst, ISG Research. These insights are derived by interviewing decision-makers from G2000 firms in N. America & Europe seeking their insights through detailed questions to get to the root of buying decisions and evaluation criteria.

Data Snapshot
AI - Success Versus Expectation
Enterprises were mostly positive about meetings or exceeding their goals when rating the success of their current management of AI initiatives. They were the most confident in theri ability to manage external AI providers, and least confident in their ability to measure their performance and ROI. Use cases that reduced the cost of operations were rated the most valuable for the next two years.
State of ADM
Apps budgets are currently split nearly 50/50 between development and maintenance.
The amount spent overall on ADM resourcing is expected to increase a little over 2% on average. Enterprise interest in AI continues beyond the initial hype, led by the board and IT.
But AI interest is not universal; as opposed to IT, business decision-makers prioritize CX and data access over AI.
