The ISG’s Star of Excellence™ (Virtual) Award Ceremony 2021 is a celebratory event hosted by ISG Leadership. This premiere recognition program for the IT and business services industry ranks providers on the quality of their services, based on direct customer feedback.
ISG invites all IT service providers, qualified for a customer experience award, to participate. All accountable provider employees can participate. ISG Leadership looks forward to recognizing all the participants for the outstanding customer experience they offer. During this ceremony, the Best of the Best IT service providers will be commended and awarded in the following categories:

Star of Excellence Leadership Awards
The awards germinated from ISG's "Voice of the Customer" Service and Technology Provider Perception and Performance Study, completed in October. 2021. Within a survey cycle of six months, ISG received around 2,000 responses from enterprise executives, on over 1,000 service providers. Of this, only around 30 providers qualified for a Star of Excellence eligibility criteria. The enterprise respondents have had direct interactions with the respective providers and represent a cross section of industries, company sizes, geographies and areas of responsibility.
